Refund policy
We’re sorry you didn’t love your Restore product! Due to the nature of our products, items can only be returned if they are unopened in their original packaging with the seal intact, or in the event that they are faulty. Keep reading below for information on how to make a return.
REFUND POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund. If 14 days have gone by since you received your product, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you would like to return an item, please contact us at info@restoreshop.co.nz to request a return. Please quote your order number in the subject line, and let us know the reason you would like to return your item. Once approved we will provide you a return address to send the item back to. Please do not send your return until the return request has been approved.
Unless your item is faulty, you will be refunded the cost of the item only, we won't be able to refund you for any shipping costs or taxes/duties you may have incurred. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damages and Issues
Please accept our apologies for this! If your item is defective, please contact us at info@restoreshop.co.nz to let us know. Please quote your order number in the subject line and describe the issue. We will also require proof of any faulty item in the form of image(s) or a video. You will have the choice of either a full refund (including the cost of shipping) or we will be happy to send you a replacement item free of charge and with free shipping.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at info@restoreshop.co.nz quoting your order number in the subject line. We can only cancel your order before it has shipped.
Edit and Order
Sorry, you are unable to edit your order once you have made your purchase. If you require an edit, we suggest you cancel the order (if it has not been shipped) and place a new order.
